I recently stayed at a hotel in Surrey and I must say, the location of the Cloisters restaurant was stunning. Surrounded by leafy grounds, the outdoor area offered breathtaking views. The reception area was warm and welcoming, making me feel instantly at ease. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided friendly and helpful service throughout my stay. The breakfast options were delicious, with a variety of choices to suit every palate. the hotel offered convenient facilities such as a pool and spa.

I did notice a lack of attention to detail in certain areas of the hotel.

My recent stay at Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa was amazing. The attention to detail was exceptional. They made sure to save canapés for us after our photos and even put cake in our room. The breakfast experience was fantastic, with a dedicated chef making eggs and pancakes on demand. The Wordsworth Suite we stayed in was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful sleigh bed and breathtaking views from the windows. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this stunning hotel. The location in the leafy grounds offered the most amazing views from the outdoor area. It was also conveniently located very near the center, making it easy to explore the shops and attractions. The service at this hotel was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who couldn't have done more to please our every request. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The dining options were excellent, with a fantastic restaurant serving delicious meals and a bar area that provided tasty food and cocktails. The leisure spa and wellness center were the cherry on top, offering a range of relaxing treatments and a beautiful indoor swimming pool with a sauna and jacuzzi. this place exceeded our expectations and provided a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This venue is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The landscape and garden, lovely library, superb bedroom, helpful staff, early check-in.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Despite those minor hiccups, our stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable. The location in leafy grounds provided the most amazing views from the outdoor areas. We were impressed by the luxury and comfort provided here, from the spacious rooms to the excellent gym facilities. The staff were always helpful and informative, making sure our needs were met. We also loved the beautiful library and the intimate dining atmosphere at the Cloisters restaurant. this place offers enhanced comfort, quality service, and a luxurious experience.

We had a few minor issues during our stay, such as some confusion with our sandwich order and a mix-up with breakfast items. However, these were quickly resolved by the attentive staff.
